First, a comparative market analysis (CMA) will be done on your property to determine present value with your needs and goals in mind. I will give suggestions on preparing your home for market and can help you with "staging" it. Once it is ready, digital photos are shot and I put together a "Virtual Tour" or Internet Photo Gallery. During the listing, I strive to get your property sold to the best buyer with the most effective marketing methods possible.
