My education: I have a B.A. from University of Washington and owned my own business prior to real estate. To remain a licensed Realtor, I continue to take 30 Clock Hours of State-approved classes (every 2 years) in many areas: Real Estate Law, Title Insurance and Escrow practices, Appraisal fundamentals, Loan processes, Internet Marketing, Negotiating, etc.

2nd) I will give suggestions on preparing your home for market and for "staging" it.
3rd) I hire a professional photographer and put together an online Photo Gallery.
4th) During the listing, I strive to get your property sold to the best buyer with the most effective marketing methods possible.
5th) Good communication with all parties is crucial to a smooth transaction
Your needs and wants will be carefully heard and always kept in mind. You will be presented with any necessary facts, statistics, and/or recommendations in order to make your decisions confidently. I will negotiate for you with your best in mind, always using "the Golden Rule" as my standard.
